Snow White's Anniversary!

Making its debut on December 21, 1937, in Hollywood, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was the first-ever commercially successful feature-length animated film. Fifty years later when the Library of Congress established the National Film Registry to preserve films it deems "Culturally, historically, and esthetically important"; it was among the first 25 films to be so honored.

To mark the anniversary of its release, noted artist Toby Bluth has created two water-color images. "The Portrait of Innocence" shown and "Coming Home".

"Portrait of Innocence" is now On Alert as being nearly sold out. To order any of Toby Bluth's images contact THE GALLERY.

Poster Prints vs Limited Editions:

What is the difference between a Poster Print and a Limited Edition?

Posters are generally mass-produced with commercial inks and papers and can be purchased anywhere for a range of prices. Fine Art Limited Editions take months to produce with fade resistant inks on acid-free fine art stock or archival canvas. The artist collaborates in the process and his or her signature marks their approval of the image. Fine art editions are rare and are sold only through a select network of committed professionals.
